In this post I’ll tell you about the values, feelings, emotions and what I personally admire in a developer.
We don’t have to follow the stereotypes, I personally think that not all the developers are serious, gamers, apathic and something like that… We all are people and we have feelings, I like to say that the developers are a box full of surprise and you need to know them because the will teach you something.
For me is very important to help others, I’m a person that like to share the things that I know and if a person needs an advice (personal or professional) or has a problem that I’ve already had and I found a solution, I’m going to help them without problem

Me gusta cuando un desarrollador piensa como el usuario al momento de desarrollar un proyecto y que sin importar el puesto o conocimientos que tenga es igual con todos a su alrededor. Creo que eso es algo que se debería valorar demasiado, uno de mis role models es Satoru Iwata y pienso que cuando él dijo “En mi tarjeta de visita, soy un presidente de empresa. En mi mente soy un programador de juegos. Pero en mi corazón soy un jugador” se refería exactamente a eso… Por eso la mayoría de sus proyectos fueron un rotundo éxito en Nintendo.
